Hotel and Package Booking Terms & Conditions

Before booking please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. If you agree and abide by the same, then you book. After that NO claim nor complain will be accepted by the booking authority of “Ekanta Apan”. We try our best to better. Our Terms & Conditions are as follows:

Programme and Hotel may be changed / altered, if necessary.
Train food, entry fee, boating & garden entry, house boat, back water, ropeway, Sikara ride (Gulmarg, Sonmarg,
Pahelgoan S/Seen), any auto fair, passenger tax, cooli charge, guide charge etc have to be paid by the party.
Hotel accommodation: D/B room for 2 or 3 person family wise. Extra 3 bedded (4 person) room may be with
extra cot / mattress on floor. If needed extra pillow, mattress, cot etc needs to be paid by the party.
Accommodation at Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gourikund will be of dormitory system.
For reservation 30% of total value per head will have to be deposited. Due payment needs to be paid fully
positively 65 days before by cash only.
Railway berth depends on railway authority only. No demand for alternative berth or coach. Our package
includes UP_DN sleeper class train fair. If you journey by AC difference has to be paid. If railway fair difference and
service charge has to pay party.
Vehicle accommodation bus or car must be rotation basis. If vehicle bus or car fair difference during the journey period
has to pay by party. Package’s S/Seen management decision wise. No demand for alternative S/Seen.
Articles of be carried by the party: lock and key with chain, umbrella, air pillows, dry food, cold cream, necessary
medicine, woolen dress etc.
Senior citizens and others are to carry their original ID proof. For child carry birth certificate or school identity proof.
Management will not undertake any liability, any loss, any accident, robbery, theft, natural disaster, any other
untoward happenings during the tour.



Advance once paid is not refunded or adjustable in any case. If anybody cancels the tour after reservation or seat booking, the amount shall be refunded to the passenger after deduction the amount on his total bill as stated below:

130 days before AC & SL class passenger Rs.600/- Rs.400/- + 10% per head
90 days before AC & SL class passenger Rs.600/- Rs.400/- + 30% per head
60 days before AC & SL class passenger Rs.600/- Rs.400/- + 40% per head
30 days before AC & SL class passenger Rs.600/- Rs.400/- + 50% per head
20 days before AC & SL class passenger Rs.600/- Rs.400/- + 70% per head


Booking of seat means that the guest has accepted terms & conditions of “Ekanta Apan” knowing it, all clearly.


All payments are to be paid by A/C payee cheque.
